FRSL: Final Carnival Information

Dear members,

I've used the 'final' word here so I'll endeavour and hope we've got everything as right as can be. Please take the time to read through this email as there's some essential, valuable information here that we'd like to pass along - I'll try keep it succinct.

Schedule and map:

Team photos:

This year we're requesting that teams take the opportunity to capture a photo of themselves altogether. We'd love to have these sent to us for memorabilia and for future options for a gallery on our website. Please send them through to our email addresses (or if they're too big, submit them via social media).

Shirt return:

Once again we'd like to collect your shirts from you on this day so we can return your bond. While there's no bond for Little League we also need to collect your shirts back too! Please remember to bring a spare shirt!

Coaches:

Coaches, your coordinators will likely also be in touch, but we'd like to ask a few things of you still for this day. We know you've been busy all season and we thank you SO MUCH for the work you've done with your teams supporting them throughout the year. (We hope the parents are also expressing their thanks to you :) We ask that you support your teams still with the following:

1. Shirt return
2. Playing their final games and getting there on time.
3. Completing any assigned duties on the roster
4. Collecting and assisting the distribution of any medals won by your team.
5. (Little League ONLY) Collecting a small memorabilia item from the Committee tent to distribute to your players after your last game.

Lost property:

Any lost property collected throughout the season will be brought to the committee tent and will be available to look through throughout the day. Please bring any items who've lost their owners to us as a central point and we'll endeavour to reunite them.

Rides and wristbands:

Wristbands are currently available from the primary schools (after school usually) and from the JCCC Admin till Friday afternoon. Please attempt to purchase your wristbands early to help things run smoothly on the day.

Everyone:

Thanks for a great season and we hope you've enjoyed yourself and will enjoy this day. Please help us out by cleaning up after yourselves, enjoying the entertainment and the various stalls and soccer matches, monitoring your property and family members (especially on the rides). It's going to be a busy day with lots of people but we're hoping it'll all work smoothly. Please pray that it will.
